
The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has officially announced the Intermediate (HSSC) First Year Annual Examinations 2026 schedule. According to the notification, exams will commence on April 28, 2026, giving students ample time to complete their preparations.
Along with the exam dates, the board has opened online submissions for admission forms and shared a complete fee structure and deadlines for regular, private, and improvement candidates.
Admission Form Deadlines and Fees
- Normal Fee Submission: Students can submit forms until February 3, 2026, with the regular fee.
- Double Fee Submission: Forms submitted between February 4 and February 12, 2026, will require a double fee.
- Triple Fee Submission: Forms submitted up to February 24, 2026, will be accepted with a triple fee.
The First Year examination fee is set at Rs. 2,700, while unregistered candidates will pay Rs. 4,200. Candidates appearing in both First Year and Second Year exams together will be charged a combined fee of Rs. 5,400.
For corrections in the admission form or details on the roll number slip, a Rs. 2,000 charge will apply.
Fee Exemptions
The board has clarified that certain groups will be exempted from examination fees, including:
- Orphans
- Persons with disabilities
- Prisoner candidates
Students are encouraged to submit their forms early to avoid late fee penalties and ensure timely processing of their admission.
